The week after graduating from the University of Washington with a creative writing degree from the English department, Mark moved into his sea kayak in Lake Washington, and with friends they paddled out to the government locks and into the salt water of Puget Sound. The group paddled north up to Nanaimo Canada. From there, the boys hitchhiked with the kayaks north to Alaska on a salmon boat. From Ketchikan they paddled north to Meyers Chuck, and then turned south and paddled back to Seattle. The following summer Mark was writing the book about that journey, followed along with the philosophical journey, and this led to Mark‘s epiphany of a unified field theory in October 1982. Researching that experience of the unified field theory for 43 years, Mark has now posted his book about that science on the Harmonic Unifield Theory website.
